About Our Founder
I’m Jessica Doyle, a Hudson Valley and Catskills–based event planner with a love for organization, creativity, and bringing meaningful gatherings to life. I’ve spent more than a decade behind the scenes of weddings, celebrations, and large-scale events, gaining experience as a photographer, florist, coordinator, and now a full-service planner. I’ve seen events from every angle, and that perspective shapes the way I plan—with clarity, calmness, and an understanding of what truly matters on event day.
Outside of my work, I’m a mom to a 15-year-old son who keeps life fun and full. I come from a big, close-knit family, and I’ve spent years volunteering in my community, especially through the local fair where I’ve helped organize large events and manage moving parts with ease. Creating has always been a part of who I am—whether it’s designing florals, building systems, or turning someone’s vision into a real, tangible experience.
At the heart of my business is a simple goal: to make the planning process feel manageable, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. I believe in clear communication, thoughtful details, and supporting my clients with both structure and warmth—so they can feel confident and cared for from the first conversation to the final cue.
